Information on image processing at Gmp Experience Events

In the following, we would like to inform you how we have proceeded to comply with personal data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable national legislation, in relation to the taking and subsequent use of images or recordings at events organised by the companies of the Gmp group under the brand name Gmp Experience (hereinafter the (en adelante los “Events”).

This document sets out the measures implemented in relation to the recording of images at events, with the aim of guaranteeing respect for the privacy rights of event attendees and refers to all events organised by Gmp group companies at which video or photographic recordings are made, regardless of their purpose (e.g. internal dissemination, promotion on social networks, advertising materials or internal documentation) and the place where they take place (private spaces or public places) comply with the procedures indicated herein.

Prior information to attendees

Please note that the following data protection information is included in all pre-event communication channels, especially in the invitations.

Likewise, at each event there are signs at the main entrances to inform attendees about the recording of images or photographs, and a reminder is given of the existence of duly signposted areas where images will not be taken but which are designed so that the attendee can fully enjoy the event. In this respect, when attending a Gmp group event, the guest may choose whether or not to access the areas where images will be taken. Attendance at the event and, more specifically, access to the specific areas where images will be taken, is entirely voluntary. Consequently, access to the areas where images will be taken implies acceptance of the processing of your images and the free and indefinite transfer of the rights to use them to Gmp under the terms expressed in the previous section.

As the only exception, there will be no photo exclusion zones at the Aftwerworks. This is because (i) the purpose of these events is exclusively promotional (the sole purpose of these events for Gmp is to promote its Gmp Experience brand) and (ii) attendance is completely free and voluntary . Consequently, in this type of event, participation implies acceptance of the processing of the images of those attending and the free and indefinite transfer of the rights to exploit them to Gmp.

No international transfers or third party recipients of the personal data processed are foreseen.

Gmp applies security measures appropriate to the risk of the processing in order to safeguard, as far as is appropriate in accordance with the purpose expressed, its confidentiality, availability and integrity, without prejudice to the subsequent use which third parties outside Gmp may make of the Publications once they have been published, for which Gmp accepts no responsibility.
